to joining Epoch Properties, Inc. in 1988, Mr. Riva was the Manager
of the Central Florida office of Carey, Kramer, Silvester & Associates,
a commercial real estate mortgage and sales company. Mr. Riva's
prior experience includes Vice President/ Branch Manager of Alliance
Mortgage Company and a Territory Manager for the Burroughs Corporation.
Throughout his career, Mr. Riva has been responsible for financing
over $1,000,000,000 in commercial real estate (including apartments,
office buildings, retail centers, industrial properties, hotels,
resorts, single-family projects and land).

GREGORY JACOBY - CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Mr.
Jacoby joined Epoch Properties, Inc. in 1981 and is currently the
Chief Financial Officer responsible for the financial and administrative
activities of the company and affiliates. Mr. Jacoby is also President
of Epoch Management, Inc., an Orlando-based property management
company.
Prior
to joining Epoch Properties, Inc., Mr. Jacoby was in the Tax Department
of Arthur, Andersen & Co., Certified Public Accountants, in Orlando.
Mr. Jacoby’s prior experience also included Audit Senior with the
Orlando office of Colley, Trumbower & Howell, Certified Public Accountants.

ROBERT
S. NOVELL - VICE PRESIDENT/CONSTRUCTION
Mr.
Novell’s responsibilities include management and coordination of
construction from conception through closing. Multi-job responsibilities
include budgeting, project productivity, cost efficiency, project
staffing, subcontractor motivation, profitability and timely completion
of all projects.
Prior to joining Epoch Properties, Inc. in 1990, Mr. Novell was
a Project Manager for Post Development of Tampa, Florida. Mr. Novell’s
24-years of experience in the construction business includes Project
Superintendent for N.T.S. Development, Longwood, Florida; Project
Coordinator for Del American, Orlando, Florida; and Project Manager
for Amurcon Corporation of Southfield, Michigan.

STEPHEN
W. BRADLEY - VICE PRESIDENT/TIMESHARE & RESORT DEVELOPMENT
Mr. Bradley joined Epoch Properties, Inc. in April 1999 and is primarily
responsible for the development of the resort operations, including
the entrance into the timeshare business.
Prior
to joining Epoch Properties, Inc., Mr. Bradley was a Vice President
at the Welsh Companies in Orlando, Florida, concentrating on sales
and leasing of commercial property. Prior to that, Mr. Bradley owned
his own property company that specialized in representing all aspects
of commercial and resort property sales, management and leasing,
which included the development and sell-out of a timeshare resort
in Jupiter, Florida, The Jupiter Reef Club.
